The property has a private entrance with an electric lock and provides very easy access from the main road to the villa.

It is tastefully decorated, boasting an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a large bed, a walk-in closet with a full mirror, a table with two chairs, a luxurious bathroom stocked with toiletries, and a cozy living area with a sofa bed. Additionally, a small smart TV is provided for entertainment purposes. A baby cot fits very comfortably.
